Business Practices and FAQ's
  • What are your Office Hours? Dana sees clients between 9 am and 9 p.m. Monday through Friday by appointment.
  • Can I use insurance? Dana provides diagnoses and receipts suitable for filing with insurance companies. Since coverage varies so much from plan to plan and company to company, each client is responsible for the fee at the time of the appointment.
  • What does it cost? A 50-minute session is $120 whether for an individual, a couple, or a whole family. Dana reserves a few sessions each week at reduced rates for people with financial challenges.
  • What if I can't come at the time of my appointment? There is no penalty if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you are responsible for the full fee. Insurance companies do not reimburse missed appointments. If you are not sure whether you can come, it is more economical to cancel ahead of time.
  • Is there a charge for phone calls or emails? There is generally no charge for emails or telephone conversations. Between-session communication is kept to a minimum. If there is need for extended intervention, an additional office session may be more appropriate.
